Where are the hacks?

and when i click enable hacks it says "None"
how do i fix this?

Close the client, then open it up again and click resume.

Hacks re-enabled
If someone says the hacks will be enabled after the next restart, you either have to wait for a high-ranked player to restart it or just lag it offline so they have to restart it. I'd go with the first option, though.
