It's been over 9000 years since I've played minecraft and I can't remember my password. I noticed when I opened the World of Minecraft Client it said "Note: Password is stored in plain text". I know I could use the official minecraft password recovery page but the email I used for my account... my password is stored because I can log in and stuff but I don't actually know my password. Any idea where to find it? There's so many files... such as lib, native, skin, DS_STORE, minecraft-osx, run, etc...
If you have a lot password then you should use the recovery. I don't understand what you're saying when you wrote: "I know I could use the official minecraft password recovery page but the email I used for my account...". You didn't seem to finish what you were going to say.
oh yeah my bad what I was trying to say is I don't know what email I used and I tried everything and talked with support but they were really cool and wouldn't give me anything. So that leaves me with this.. I've been searching for the past hour now.... I looked around in the forums at the same question and all of them never seem to answer the question.... we should do it once and for all!
:'( if you say so

Look in the temp folder, the only thing I saw in there is the World of Minecraft.dat, but if you find it let me know. :)
