I have a certain problem with a member or two on the World of Minecraft servers. They constantly go above the policies and do not get punished for it yet are in plain view of many operators. I'd like to know exactly what to do about this. If there is nothing I can do, and World of Minecraft is like a hollow system of rules that only apply to certain people, I'll be on my way.
