Which IP should I use?

When I create my server, the IP in the server.txt should be my IPv4 (in the cmd)
and when people try to join my server they shall enter my http://www.whatismyip.com/ IP, am I right so far?
Should they just enter the IP or should they add the port after, for example:
9.23.61.253
or
9.23.61.253:25565
or
9.23.61.253:25565

Did you change your port number? If you didn't then use the one from whatsmyip.org

Everything is fixed and my server (and my mods) are running perfectly :)

lol funny. Okay I believe that they enter your ip address that is from the cmd thing. I believe that it should work without the port but it won't hurt to try. Msg me with ip address if you want to find out.
