Why cant anyone join my server.

I have allowed all ports (I use AT&T) with a choice it gives me. I
can perfectly join the server no lag or anything... but when a friend
tries it says Connection Failed. Please Help Reply Fast! Not even shared computers can access to the server.

yeah i had this same problem..... but as i was surfing youtube for answers.... i saw this web site that "always is accurate" and tells you if ur port is open or not .... anways here it is : http://canyouseeme.org/
