Of course ive portforwarded, and yeah it was late lol.
Its probably the heartbeat not working properly, ill take a look at it, although its really simple and I dont know how i could break it.

World of Minecraft heartbeat for MCForge hasn't been added until 5.3. If you know how to compile source code, then you may use it. 5.2 does not send a heartbeat to World of Minecraft. You will need to wait for the next MCForge update.

ok i have a new problem, i try to start it up but it only says There is a problem with your installation, the native folder is empty. Please reinstall.

i can't even download World of Minecraft. This is because it says Locked on the download screen when you go to Downloads, then World Of Minecraft Download (click Download), and then that screen, it just says locked where i think the download button should be. Please reply and help me! For farther information i use Internet Explorer, Windows. Please help and tell me if more info is needed to tell me!
