Wierd Port?

Whenever I wanna check my port using http://www.canyouseeme.org/ or any other port checker website, it would say not connected, connection timed out. Then when I use PFportchecker (Downloadable port checker from portforward.com) It would say Yes Connected. After I use PFportchecker, all other port checker websites say YES Connected. Then when I open my Minecraft_server.exe (Which players can't connect to, but thats another problem.) the port says its not connected. Is this supposed to happen?

The port for minecraft is 25565 not 22565. Am i correct? Also, when you use the Server_Exe to start your server, does it disconnect your Port, because I have to use PFportchecker to connect my port again

the default port is 22565 and you need to forward the port's if you already haven't the type in our personal IP witch is 10.0.1.something just go to start then open command prompt and type ipconfig all one word then you take the IP address and type that into your server properties i didn't really understand the thing above
