Can you make me a modified human skin? I've tried to, but i can't get it to have textures like the char!

If you can, here is what i want it to be like:
Shirt color: Orange
Hair color: Black
Eye color: Blue
Shoe color: Same
Jean color: Light blue
Skin color: Same color as this skin click here
Text: same thing on that skin

Just make the skin like the skin i gave you but with texture like the char.png

There is no texture added to it it is just plain clolors
i said to make textures to it not match the colors

like a texture not just plain color, it looks more.. real: here is an example:

sand on minecraft is just yellow if no texture (like the skin)

sand on minecraft with textures (like the char) be yellow and look like it has a texture to it, to make it more real, to look more like sand (thats what the char.png has and not the skin)

Match the same textures from the char.png to kinda fit with my skin. Dont change the colors. Just give the skin the same textures as the char.png has.
