Instructions.

Make sure to properly read the instructions.

What you are missing is the minecraft.jar
In the download instructions, under NOTES, there is a link to the minecraft.jar
Copy paste this in your URL bar:
http://minecraft.net/client/minecraft.jar

What he said.

You will need to download this component from the official minecraft website and place it into the lib folder of the extracted custom client wrapper package yourself.

    It's URL is: http://minecraft.net/client/minecraft.jar

Are you dumb? I clearly

Are you dumb? I clearly stated that I downloaded the minecraft.jar, placed it into the lib folder and then ran the run.bat file. It still comes up with this. I did everything correctly so don't tell me that it's the problem when I know it isn't. It must have something to do with it being windows 7
