WoM 1.6 has chat text that I absolutely LOVE... but all other World of Minecraft's after 1.6 I cannot stand at ALL. World of Minecraft 1.6 chat is SOOOO much easier to read in game. Let me show you the difference with 2 screenshots.
(The difference between them is that World of Minecraft 1.6 chat is BOLDED and has FontAA, whereas World of Minecraft 2.5 does not have either of those. This also makes the chat color really pop-out much more).
Might be hard to see from the screenshots since the forum made them smaller.
I would like to know if theres anyway I can get the World of Minecraft 1.6 chat text for World of Minecraft 2.05.?
note: I can actually login and play with World of Minecraft 1.6, but the hacks do not work.

really... too small? I thought it was just perfect.
I actually have a harder time reading the larger text of the current World of Minecraft because the letters just don't pop out at all.
With that said.... I figured out how to get World of Minecraft 1.6 chat text into World of Minecraft 2.05.
For anyone else that wants to know.....
Find a World of Minecraft 1.6 version to download somewhere on the net. (note: World of Minecraft 1.6.6 doesnt' have the correct chat text. not sure about World of Minecraft 1.6.4 eithers.)
Then download World of Minecraft 2.05.
Then, right click on the World of Minecraft.jar file of World of Minecraft 1.6 and extract files.
Then, right click on the World of Minecraft.jar file of World of Minecraft 2.05 with winrar. Click add and browse to the directory of the extracted files for World of Minecraft 1.6 and click the default.png and hit ok.
Next, Click add and go back to World of Minecraft 1.6 files and browse to com file, then click on mojang file and hit okay. This will replace all files in mojang with World of Minecraft 1.6 files.
Then, while you still have winrar open with World of Minecraft 2.05 files, look for the b.class file and delete it, should be somewhere in the com/mojang folders.
After that, you are golden and can use World of Minecraft 2.05 with World of Minecraft 1.6 chat text.

Those letters r too small and i have to lean like till my nose touches the computer screen...

wierd, it must be my computer then, because they are not small at all for me. In fact, the chat text size with World of Minecraft 2.05 takes up like half the screen on my computer and World of Minecraft 1.6 is the perfect size.
Take a look at my screenshot in the post, the 1st one is with World of Minecraft 1.6.
You're telling me that chat text size is too small? It's only a little smaller than World of Minecraft 2.05 size.
Keep in mind my screenshots are scaled down, imagine them at full screen.

You could try /client SCALE NUMBER (default = 100) to lower the text size.

For most people the text for 1.6 was too small for everyone to read. I like it just the way it is. I don't play Minecraft Classic enough to care anyways.
