World of Minecraft acting stupid

I play on an fcraft server, and whenever i try to join certain worlds, my client either freezes up, or goes to a red screen that gives some error about something "violates its general contract". help please?

the whole error thing that it comes up with is this: The game broke! [java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Comparison method violates its general contract!]
