Hi,
I've downloaded the World of Minecraft client from

Now I can't save or load a game....
How can I save and or load?

If you dont you cannot save.

You can save your games to your computer. Simply go to ESC > Save Game > Save to file (or something like that), and then choose where you want the file, and what you want it named.
And then you're done.

Make sure you are. If you're not logged in, you WILL NOT be able to save WHATSOEVER. If you're logged in, it should let you save.

You mean logged in as loggin in in the screen that follows when you click 'World of Minecraft'?(sorry, my english is bad, its not my 1st language xD)

It doesnt show any servers..
I made a bookmark, called 'new' and i had to type an url...

I may not look like it, but I used to be just as bad as you with spelling. So I know what you're saying to a degree.
And also, apologies if I misunderstand how World of Minecraft 1.6.1 works. It's not working for me, so I'm not very familiar with how it works. >.>
