Hello, just downloaded World of Minecraft, '1.6.4' client, and tried to extract with several different programs "7zip, Win RaR, Default windows explorer" And all seem to say:

what does it mean when it says this:

WoM Game Client 1.6.4 only runs with 3D acceleration.
If you're getting that error, then it means you are not using a 3D accelerated driver.
You should work out what graphics "card" you are using and visit the manufacturer's website to get an accelerated driver.
Why should you do this? So most games on your computer will run faster.
I could release a version which works with software 3D, but then people would complain that it's slow or laggy or jumpy like they did last time with 1.5.x running in full screen mode and since most people have actually bothered to install their hardware accelerated 3D graphics drivers, there's no point penalizing them for the few that don't.
TLDR: Update your graphics driver.
