The new World of Minecraft isn't working for me. Whenever I join a server I either get stuck at the loading bar for that server (at which point the client stops responding), or I get into the server and then crash right away.

OMG OMG OMG im using the newest World of Minecraft 1.9.0 and it still says unable to authenticate!!! HELP!!!

Freakyruler, try re-downloading client and making sure that your not accidentally clicking the .exe for the older client. Also, make sure EVERYTHING is typed in correctly, CaSe SeNsItIvE.

Im also having problems with it quiting whail doing commands it just kicks me out of server and server is still running!

man, when i try to load my client i get to the World of Minecraft folder, and then i click it, and nothing comes up:( do i need to just wait?

1.9 wont work, im typing in the password and username of minecraft and it still says unable to authenticate... I DOWNLOADED THE NEW VERSION TWICE and let someone send the new "working" version to me AND IT STILL WONT WORK D:

NEW VERSION 1.9.0 IS BROKEN IT WILL SAY UNABLE TO AUTHENTICATE AS IT IS BROKEN!! They are fixing it!

i KEPT GETTING unable to authenticate so i went to teh old World of Minecraft client the first one and it said " Error occured while loading the server list"
"server returned HTTP response code 500"
and then there was a cached button so i clicked it, it brought up the server list and wen i joined a server it just gave "me unable to connect server is probably down" :'( i cant find a way to fix so i guess no World of Minecraft right now D:

I have the same problem, i didnt with the older clients but since only the 1.9 works.. i cant play at all

and i found a way to use World of Minecraft: the resume button, it lets u use World of Minecraft with the last server played, but at least u got World of Minecraft then :3

after i sign in.. the server list didt comout.. but i check the "task manager>processes" javaw.exe still running.. [alredy try re-download , alredy try restart pc , alredy try re-install java]

I can log in and join severs, but when I try going to a different map on that server, it doesn't show anything. I even tried reinstalling the game client. Please help?

ok it worked just fine but it all of teh sudden stopped working so i dont have any clue wat to do?
