World of Minecraft Client Download Error

When I download, then save the client to desktop, then double click it, A pop-up appears, then closes, and repeats, so I have to restart my computer. Any ideas?

I cant even make it that far, after i download the pop-up appears and closes and raplidy does that over and over again, ill try to get a video captured.
