When I save a game, it lets me save to file. But I get off and get back on, and load, and it glitches me up and down really fast, sometimes it doesn't even load.

My suggestion
Get winrar and see if u extracted World of Minecraft folder
Re-download World of Minecraft client
U will always save the level in the server backup
Unless u have sticky keys then i do not know about spam glitch
