I have a problem, when I download the hack that lets me go fast and fly, I'm required to download the Jar file, In which I do. Then, I take the file, Place it in the lib folder, I then attempt to run the program, But It's telling me that I don't have the jar file.

Make sure it's the most updated version of the minecraft.jar file (either by logging into the legit minecraft.exe to get any and all updates. Then copy the minecraft.jar file then paste it into the lib folder.
Or you can dl it from https://s3.amazonaws.com/MinecraftDownload/classic/minecraft.jar
And make sure you leave the name as minecraft.jar

I don't know the answer to that. If you did what I said and it still doesn't work then that could be a possibility.
Or perhaps the hacks you are using are outdated.
