World of Minecraft client hacks dont work at all

the World of Minecraft client works just fine, but when i press the CORRECT buttons, the hacks still dont do anything at all. I have enable hacks ticked up the top, but still nothing.. Help?

I know that the server allows
I know that the server allows the hacks, ive seen people i know using them on there. And yes, i've pressed z. and i dont have the sticky keys on.

Some servers don't allow hacks, so maybe its the server you play on? Or if you have Sticky Keys on, it dosn't work either (Pressing shift 5 times rapidly)
