World of Minecraft Client Launch4j Problem

I have a problem with the client. I've extracted the file for it, but when I try to start it, a window called "Launch4j" comes up and displays this message:
"The registry refers to a nonexistent Java Runtime Environment installation or the runtime is corrupted. The system cannot find the path specified."
What does this mean?

you can unistall then reinstall java or (windows only go to control panal look for java click then click the java tab and it should say java runtime envoriment click it and make sure it enbled or that thers a check in the box
