World of Minecraft client with standard server?

Hey all, im fairly new to this so go easy ;)
Ok so i started up my own server to run locally just for myself (it was so i could use all the give commands etc so i could just freebuild. Then i got tired of having to type /give item 64 every time i needed something so i went out and looked for mods or haks and came across World of Minecraft. I have downloaded the client and my question is, how can i connect to my locally hosted server? On the standard client i would open it up click multiplayer and type localhost as the server address, how do i do that with World of Minecraft client?

man, World of Minecraft is classic software, you cant use this with your beta server

Also, check out MyCraft, it helps alot, its an all new client for beta, supports SSP a,d SMP, along with keeping mods away from your Minecraft.jar, and it keeps it clean. Its the best Client/Mod Manager/Lagless plugin ever.
