so i didnt play minecraft for a couple of weeks and now when i try to run World of Minecraft client it say that it is updating. after that a new window pops up saying: The application will now quit. It should pick up the updated applet version when restarted. it quits than i run it again but its the same thing. i reinstalled everything including minecraft.jar. i am using windows vista home premium 32bit. any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance.

Same for me, I've tried re-downloading the client and .jar aswell but it doesn't work.

theres been a glitch and the World of Minecraft software always quits. But lucicaly I works on one of my other computers with windows7

this wasnt only on pc. it was happening to my friend on mac as well. however its fixed now ^_^
