World of Minecraft download cross hair is not in the center of the screen and shortcut glitch

I have downloaded the World of Minecraft game client and I try to make the shortcut on the screen but when I try to load it, it says it needs to be installed again, and I have done this like 5 times. Also, when I load World of Minecraft using the non-shortcut, the cross hair is too far to the right of the screen.
