everytime i go on World of Minecraft i open up the login screen and type in my username and pass when i hit sign in the login screen exits and nothing happens what can i do to fix this?

Install java.
Two things:
I suggest start by installing the correct version of java.
Right-click run as administrator <--- that usually fixes everything.
