Hello, I recently decided to get back into playing minecraft classic, and it is not working for me with a web browser So, I decided I'd search for a Linux client,  because I couldn't find a fix for the browser.

Anyway, what happens is, I try to place a block, and it'll bring up the screen with "back to game", "options", and the others, immediately. I've tried to play by pressing Esc every time it comes up, but it's  annoying, and doesn't let me play properly.

So, I'm wondering if anybody else has had the same problem as I have, or if anybody has any ideas on how I'd fix it. I'm also wondering, if this problem is scheduled to be fixed in the next World of Minecraft update, if it is even a commonly known problem.

Also, I've gotten Minecraft beta to work, but that isn't what I really want to play, for the moment. I miss playing classic, it reminded me of Infiniminer, which I don't have access to anymore, due to it being Windows only. So, this is the game that I really would like to play.

Thanks for reading this, and I am sorry if there is another topic about this that fixes the issue.

It's in the forums.

You need to apply the "Don't lose focus hack"
