This is my third forum post because i cant get a solution from this extremely annoying problem. Whenever i try to join a server i either get the blank white screen that says its not responding or the tiny thing with a java logo in the left hand corner that cant be expanded and both have to be forced closed due to this unknown issue. I have already tried to re upload it and that doesn't seem to work so i don't know what the problem is. It would be appreciated if anyone can explain this problem i am facing. Also it has been about a week since I have been experiencing this problem and I really hate using minecraft regularly.

I currently have Java version 6 update 31 which is the current one according to the java checker. I also have World of Minecraft version 2.0.7 which is also the current World of Minecraft.

Well sometimes the server can have lag spikes, and that is what happens to me sometimes. Maybe its just your computer.

Whenever i attempt to join a server it either goes to a white screen or it goes to that other thing. Both are unclickable and i cannot join a server with World of Minecraft. It may be my computer idk all i know is that it was working perfectly before. It all started when a few days ago I tried to join my server using World of Minecraft and it went to the loading screen but the bar never came up. I waited for a bit then I brought my mcforge thing infront of it and then computer froze so i rebooted it and attempted to go on World of Minecraft but on another server. The thing went to the size of the java logo thing and i attempt to expand it but ti wouldn't work. Every since then i have tried everything (re downloading, rebooting, etc.) but nothing has worked. So idk whats wrong with it but its not lag spiked cuz i cant even get on a server.

The exact same problem for me started a month or so ago. I tried updating my video drivers, reinstalling World of Minecraft (including uninstalling the regular Minecraft client), and I made sure Java was updated, all to no avail. I'm going to do a bit more digging here to see if I can find if anyone else has had the same problem resolved.

I would have to say it seems like it's 1. on your end and 2. a java corruption issue. Try downloading the manual install for java, but before installing it, completely uninstall java...

It fixed itself oddly enough. I expanded it on the other one and instead of not responding it actually went to the server so idk what was wrong but i guess somehow it fixed itself.

It's most likely your end of the problem. Make sure you have the newest client and java. That's all i know. Hope this helps.
