I am thinking that since all the World of Minecraft smp servers are basically the same, you guys should add a mod that adds random excitement to the game, such as a Herobrine mod where Herobrine would come and try to attack us, or we are mining and we find an underground castle. Just something that can add different things to make the server distinct and very exciting.

Whenever it is nighttime I usually flood spawn with cave spiders <.<
