World of Minecraft: Realms Disconnecting...?

I'm able to connect to World of Minecraft: Realms, get in my realm and build.
But after a random period of time:
1) My commands stop working
2) Chat doesn't work
3) My world doesn't update (when I log in, recent changes from last time aren't saved)
I'm still connected to the internet and everything, so thats not the problem.
I can still build and have my world save, I just have to exit and re-login on every 5 minutes (which takes forever) or my world will just stop saving.
Connecting to World of Minecraft: Realms via minecraft.net gives me an "Unresponsive Plugin" Error.
Any Thoughts?

Server Related
We believe it's due to the physical dedicated server we are using, seems to have network issues and the company hosting it won't fix it.
We have arranged a new one with a different host and will be moving to it today.

I have the exact same problem, except my world does save, if I don't build after this happens.
Mine just connects for hours. It's quite annoying. Why is this happening?
