thats cause ur trying to use the link. Use the client. But when Ive been using the client it keeps saying cant connect the servers prboably down but I was thinking that this isnt a dumb old server thats always down but apparently it is. Ive had it for two days and ive only been able to play it for like 2 hours.

Calm down, when triddin gets online he will find out the problem, dont start freaking out for no reason at all, I know the server is down and that bugs me, but just go play beta for the time being and before you know it, the server will be up.

The server hasn't been down all day... We've had roughly 1200 different people playing on it throughout the day.
Either you are using a cached server list or the old direct connection url. We relocated servers last Friday and the server has changed ip's.
Any issues please let me know.

I tried using both URLs (the one on this webiste under "servers" and the one in the World of Minecraft client's server library list)
And I tried with bothe the minecraft.net webclient and the World of Minecraft Client :/
the first url on web client: generates a random classic level
the first url on World of Minecraft client: gives an error message: [Image]

the second url on World of Minecraft client: World of Minecraft client freezes over: [Image]
Although, the music from minecraft IS playing, even though the client froze :/

I'm receiving this problem as well. I haven't been able to connect since Thursday and it's quite a drag.. I've been pretty irritated, and I'm pretty sure it isn't client-side because I've been trying to figure this problem out on my own (Being a a student Majoring in IT, and having a CCNA certification) but I've come to conclude that this problem is server sided...

You seem like someone that can help with the issue... While joining execute the cmd line or terminal depending on the OS you are using... and can also do a tcpdump and trace all packets to and from and send me the data in a PM. As we can not replicate the error on 12 different machines from 5 different internet connections.

I dont know whats happening. its the same thing for me. the weird thing is everytime i log onto World of Minecraft client it shows a different number of ppl in server so ppl have to be getting in somehow. maybe this is how they are forcing everyone to upgrade their client version
