I've downloaded the new World of Minecraft client and noticed a folder called skins. How do you change your avatar skin from that folder?

You guys are noob.

Lots of people asked this. There is one way to change your skin by buying MC. Changing char.png also works but other people wont see your skin. The World of Minecraft file named skin is for texture pack and not avatar skin.
