I came here to ask if it is still required for surveyors+ to join the SMP Server. I may be missing out on news but could someone clarify this for me? I've been getting a lack of help on the server and I'm sick of being ignored (I see why ManicMiner left). So has the whitelist been removed or something? I joined the server without reaching the surveyor rank I think and I haven't been active on the classic server for a while. Thanks, answers will be greatly appreciated.


Also an extra question: Will you guys be resetting on the 1.9 update?

Correct, you must be Surveyor+ to join SMP.

Also there is no 1.9 update as there is going to be a full 1.0 update of Minecraft. I'm sure the server will be updated ASAP to accompany the new Minecraft.

Strange....

I don't ever recall being a surveyor... Did the ranks change?

EDIT: Nvm.. Looks like I haven't been on the server for a long time :P.
