As of last night, I have been unable to connect to World of Minecraft. When I saw that everyone else could get on again, I tried to as well. No Dice. Instead of saying 'cannot connect' or such, it simply shuts the client down. Being on a mac, I cannot play in-browser either. My other problem has lasted much longer, as in over a month. IRC does not work for me. It simply says:
[22:31] Unable to connect : java.net.ConnectException : Operation timed out
or
[22:32] Unable to connect : java.net.ConnectException : Connection Refused
any solution would be lovely.

I had no problem with IRC until about a month ago. I was able to get on whenever then it stopped. Erasing and redownloading client now- will update

World of Minecraft crash is resolved- had to hunt down ALL of the World of Minecraft related files and delete then download again lol. Any hoo, World of Minecraft= fixed. IRC problem still going though!

All is good now, World of Minecraft works and so does Mibbit sooooo..... done with this thread!

Okay. Have you tried re-downloading the client? I don't know to much about mac but i know there hard to work with.
