World of Minecraft still not working

Not sure if i am allowed to make another forum but my last one never got responded to but anyways my World of Minecraft is not working and I got a screenshot of what is happening. I cant put another screenshot in of what it turns into but that thing is unclickcable. The other screeshot i cant put in would be that but the World of Minecraft icon in the left hand corner would be a java icon and then i would have to force close it.

heya go to the edge of that Minecraft pop up windows like this :
There should be a diagonal arrow going both sides <--> but diagonal ^^
Drag it all the way out til how big u want it and let it go.
then click again om World of Minecraft.exe to open it again and it should all be fine.
If not reply here what happened ^^

Completely delete/re-download World of Minecraft.
