World of Minecraft won't download Minecraft.jar

So I was trying to setup World of Minecraft and such using the tutorial they have here. After doing all the extracting and getting to the "You don't have Minecraft.jar. Do you want to download it?" prompt I click download and nothing happens. Doesn't even give me a warning like "You need to turn off your firewall yada yada yada" like I was expecting, just nothing.
Anyone know what the problem is?
(I'm using Windows 7 btw)

ok try re-downloading the client, hope this helps, if it doesn't work try this link and download the .jar file and put it into the lib folder. https://s3.amazonaws.com/MinecraftDownload/classic/minecraft.jar
