World of Minecraft wont launch

i followed all of the instructions and i get this error:
Could not find the main class: Main. Program will exit.
ERROR: Failed to run minecraft
JAVA6="C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin\java.exe"
how do i fix that?

i have the most current version of minecraft as well as the wrapper client, why isn't this working?

I cant help but I thought I'd throw in that I'm having the same problems on 2 PCs (Windows Vista HP 64 and Windows 7 Pro 64)

On a 64 bit version of Windows. Seems to be something with 64OS'. Any suggestions?

You are Missing a Main Component, SOo...
PROBABLY, you are missing minecraft.jar.
If you are not, Install the latest JDK's, Which you can find on google.
Google > Download Latest Java
And, If you are on Vista, or Windows 7, Make sure to Run as administrator. ;)

i moved java to a new location and edited the .bat file again, but it still wont launch.
