World of Minecraft.exe 1.6.1 will not start on Windows 7 64bit

I extracted the zip file, and clicked World of Minecraft.exe, and nothing happens. i installed the latest minecraft.jar from the last link. still not working.

The Minecraft site is down so World of Minecraft wont load the servers but it starts up! :D

I dowloaded and put into same file as World of Minecraft.exe but yet still nothing happens when i click it. -.-
