The World of Minecraft is fcking stupid sometimes and its starting to piss me off. The same fcking bullshi+ thing pops up when I open the World of Minecraft that says "Unable to authenticate, Your username/password may be incorrect or there are no server to validate you login." I've re-entered my password and username numerous times and they are spelt correctly and still nothing. ANY HELP ?!?

I had the same problem, it isn't necessarily about the typing.

Re-downloaded it and retyped everything and still nothing. I even deleted the old versions

Watch the language next time... No reason to be like that.
Only reason the dialog will come up is if you are getting your username and password incorrect - ever.
You need to be using your "minecraft.net" username and password, it's case sensitive and can't contain funny characters.

I have the same problem I logged into *http://www.minecraft.com/* then logged into World of Minecraft and it says this ""Unable to authenticate - Your username/password may be incorrect or there are no servers to validate your login."" and I have changed my password 7 times and re-downloaded and re-extracted the file and it just will not work

You may not be able to use WoMClient- 1.8.6 but if you have a older (working) version such as *WoMClient- 1.6.1b* then you can use that for now I don't think that they got it *FULLY* working but at least you can do single player but your going to have to use 1.6.1b for multiplayer (sigh)

sometimes what i found is if i had logged on to my laptop with World of Minecraft the exited out and went on my computer it wouldn't work the way i fixed this was by going onto my laptop and signing in with another user i use for testing the server
