i cant get the server list or anything to work. i made another account, i read the other posts, i reset my password so the user name or password is NOT wrong. it worked on my old account but i don't remember ANY of the information. please help?

Is there a special character in your password such as a ! @ # $ % ^ & or anything similar? If there is, the client does not handle these characters normally, so you need to remove the characters from your password, or change it here: http://minecraft.net/changepass.jsp
