So i run up World of Minecraft.exe and i login in and eveything and pick a server then this happens

Solution
This question has been answered hundreds of times before. You are either using an old version of Java or your computer has run out of RAM. You can avoid running out of RAM via ending any programs that aren't necessary for what you are doing, thus also avoiding this problem too.
