I am not sure what to do. I have the newest Java update. I have deleted my Minecraft Folder twice. I have re-downloaded the .jar for Minecraft quite a few times and I also re-downloaded World of Minecraft. I wasn't having this problem until the website was taken down for a while. Now I can log in and get to the server list (Which is accurately updated with servers and current players) but when I try to load any server I get that message. Any help that can fix this dreadful problem would be greatly appreciated.

Also I am running Windows 7 ultimate. No anti-virus yet firewall down (virus heaven) I have newest possible java version. If you need anything else then just ask and I will post.

Have you tried running as administrator?
Also in properties you can change the compatibility to an earlier version of windows, i changed it windows XP service pack 3

I had the same problem and i fixed it changing some parameters in the registry:
Run>regedit>HKEY_CURRENT_USER>Software>JavaSoft>Prefs>minecraft
Edit the height and width values. It should work.
Width should be more then height..
Eg. Height = 500 therefore width should be 600 or 700
