XYZ Teleport Hack?

So I was thinking, is there any hack that allows the user to simply imput a XYZ position and teleport there?
No, it isn't like I want that hack or anything. I actually managed to create a hack like this, but I just wanna know now if it's old or original enough for me to declare 0MG I ARE T3H L33T H4XOR.

Is this like in a client?
A hack like this could be devestating to servers that must include jails to keep griefers out while the admins are away.
