Zones, anti greif?

Hey i got some probs with this when i build it says: You cant build in the starter zone, or : You cant build in this zone. I was wondering how to do that? because i really want that on my server that u cant build but not working for me :/ a guy said it was /zone i tried but it says unknown ''zone'' or something.. please tell me how to add it?

i think it is /perbuild [rank]; limits building on this map to the specified rank or above..... perbuild lets the whole map to be buildable by the specified rank or above

well if your using McLawl, type in /zone add [name]; whereas [name] is the name of the player you want to give this zone to....
