Hey guys I was wondering (w/ the 1.5.7 client), there are a couple kinda weird problems I'm having...
1.Whether or not the "enable hacks" button is checked on the single player client, my player is very jerky (not laggy, mind you) and will not step on certain blocks like there is an invisible wall around it (multi-player doesn't work for me at all so I can't test there).
2. Once again, whether or not the "enable hacks" button is checked on the single player client, I don't get any hacks. No flying, speed, or noclip at all. Am I on the griefers list or somethin'? Cause' I can't go on multi player and ask about it, and I didn't see my name when I skimmed through the list, so IDK what the problem is.

Hey, it's Aex. Just making my voice heard here. This idea may sound familiar. I know there's a mapdump function that saves in a .dat format that's nice for OMENing and the Vanilla server.
But that's not as user-friendly as, say, a hotkeyed save function, in a .lvl format, that can be dynamically both saved to and loaded from the main folder. The hotkeys? F1-F12 for loading, those with Shift for saving, formatted as "MC_[level#].lvl" or something to that extent.
It'd give you the capability to access twelve maps at a time, and additionally you can move sets of maps into a separate folder not accessed by the client to clear out the space - I.E., repeat that and you've got unlimited* storage!
If it indeed is familiar, either someone else has suggested it, OR, more likely, you have previously used "Minceraft Special," a hack by gdude2002, I believe (but don't quote me). This F-key saving function was very practical, but recently MCS has lost all its true functionality as a hack due to the update.
Why *? Well, because *technically you're limited by your hard drive, flash disk, or other storage device, but you can keep swapping out map sets and organize all your stuff.
Finally, you might say, sure, user-friendly's great, but how am I gonna do my OMEN work now? I'm saying Triddin forbid that the .lvl replaces the .dat - I suggested the addition of one for the supplement of the other! It'd be twice as great.
Now, it'd be nice to also be able to load .dat files into the client (which, if possible and implemented with the F-key setup, would eliminate this entire problem) or to export from OMEN as a .lvl (I'd have to consult Osici on that one, of course), but that'd be asking too much at one time.

I completely agree with this. I want a system like "minecraft special" client, which allows saving AND loading of maps by hotkey. -my- reason for this, is that you can save server maps, and then go into single player, and load it, then save it to -minecraft-
I don't think most people figured that out. but it does work. this means we could play survival on server maps, or share our creations with others without having to run a server.

Hooray for positive feedback.
I hope that this will garner a decent enough amount of attention so that it will be accepted by the World of Minecraft community. This would be the best addition to the hack's interface anyone could probably think of, and I think Triddin would agree (read "might understand").

just to clear up, x enters noclip mode, where you can go through blocks when holding x down. this only works in World of Minecraft servers or ones with +hax in the name. if you see a server with -hax in the name it will auto turn off hacks and you cant use them. i know its silly but as a (temporary) server owner it makes spawnjails effective again if i dont put +hax in the title. so, yeah -hax means no hax, +hax means noclip and everything and nothing means everything but noclip.(e.g. cheezys build ([+hax]/[-hax])) is the format.

It's a problem between java and your graphics card driver. I don't know enough to be able to diagnose further. Basically the error message is java detecting an exception in your ati opengl driver.

start up run.bat login and then a screen with SERVERS comes
(and bookmarked servers and your single player levels) =O
click on the server you want to play and then click the GO! button and the screen vanish then another screen comes but thats the play screen wait for the server to load and then....

@chrisrisk: Noclip WILL NOT WORK unless the server has expressly included the tag in the message of the day which is "+noclip". This is actually something that is switched on ONLY by the server, unless a new update develops or such. It should be noted in the main post that this is the case for Noclip because it seems like you can noclip regardless of server properties from the first, main post, however, this is obviously not the case.

Noclip is always disabled by default on servers that are not World of Minecraft. You need to go into a server with "+hax" in their server name or their motd to use noclip.

The hack doesn't seem to connect to the Master Server correctly. I can't see any servers on the list or even my saved maps. It's not my Internet connection either, because if I connect in the browser it works just fine.

Apparently whenever starting a mode my internet connection was getting corrupt files and causing minecraft not to function correctly (I know this because multiple computers on my connection had all the same problems). I went to a friends house and everything loaded fine. I copied the "www.minecraft.net" Temp folder (C:\UserName\AppData\Local\Temp\www.minecraft.net (AppData is a hidden folder)) onto a flash drive and pasted it into my Temp folder and "ABRAHADABR!!!" it works!

Oi, its seems that Notch have changed the save feature.
So your version can't save any maps,
(the maps you save crashes,)
I suggest to change that ^^

You open minecraft-osx.sh on a mac, not the bat file.

In order to make the .sh an executable file in Terminal, open terminal, type
cd /users/yournamehere/[folder1]/[folder2(if there is one)]/womclient 1.5.9
then type
chmod +x minecraft-osx.sh
then go to the womclient folder, right click the minecraft-osx.sh, and click "open with" and enable all applications, and find terminal in your Utilities folder in your Applications folder. Enable "always open with" also. Then double click the minecraft-osx.sh and it should work.
